I LOVE LOVE LOVE hearing from my audience. I wish I could answer every message personally, but it’s just slightly above my recommended daily caffeine intake level!
As most of you know, I am a proud, full-time, school-based O.T. by day, being the best OTP advocate I can be (fighting for OTs everywhere), and being a small but mighty entrepreneur by evening and weekend. That’s all aside from my most cherished roles of being a wife and a toddler mama!
I hope one of these options will suffice. I try to model work-life balance for my team. So my Customer Service team is all about responding within one business day—a little longer on weekends and holidays!
